In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and all related policy documents published on the wak88 platform.

- "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User's Account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions detailed in the applicable promotion's terms.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required under wak88's compliance framework before a User may initiate withdrawals or access higher account limits.
- "Wagering Requirement" — a specified multiplier indicating how many times Bonus Funds (or, where stated, the sum of deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to, or use of, the wak88 platform is legally prohibited or technically blocked by wak88 at its sole discretion.
- "Intellectual Property" — all trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, domain names, software, databases, design elements, and content owned by or licensed to wak88.
Access to and use of the wak88 platform is conditional upon each of the following eligibility criteria being satisfied in full at all times during which a User maintains an Account or places any wager.
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age. wak88 enforces the 21+ age restriction strictly at registration, at KYC verification, and on an ongoing basis through account monitoring. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.
2.2 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts — including persons under court-ordered financial guardianship — are not eligible to register.
2.3 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the wak88 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located at the time of access. wak88 operates under an international offshore license. Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates online betting and its application to offshore platforms operating outside Indonesian territory remains legally ambiguous. wak88 makes no representation that use of its platform is lawful in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction. Users access the platform at their own legal risk.
2.4 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on wak88. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, names, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
⚠ Age Restriction Notice: wak88 is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration or use by persons under 21 years of age is prohibited. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
To access the full functionality of the wak88 platform, including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds, you must complete the registration process and create a valid Account.
3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. You must notify wak88 promptly of any changes to this information. wak88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at any time.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and all activity that occurs under your Account credentials. You must use a password that is not easily guessable and must not share your login credentials with any third party. wak88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
3.3 Account Suspension and Closure. wak88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — where: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) wak88 suspects fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; (c) the User has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. wak88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to Rp 50.000 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without prior notice after the dormancy period.
wak88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
4.1 Required Documents. To complete KYC, you will typically be required to submit: (a) a clear photograph of your valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing all four corners and legible text; (b) a selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP; (c) proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months) may be requested for higher withdrawal tiers.
4.2 Processing Time. wak88 aims to complete KYC reviews within 1 to 24 hours of document submission during Indonesian business days (Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB, excluding public holidays). wak88 does not guarantee specific review timelines and processing may be extended during high-volume periods or public holidays such as Idul Fitri.
4.3 Withholding of Withdrawals. wak88 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until KYC verification is successfully completed. This right exists regardless of the withdrawal amount or the User's account history.
4.4 Ongoing Monitoring. KYC is an ongoing obligation. wak88 may request updated or additional documentation at any time as part of its AML and CTF compliance program. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
wak88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for bank transfers and most e-wallets. Specific minimums may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
5.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you legally. wak88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where both parties have not been verified, or funds sourced from credit facilities not in your own name.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your wak88 Account balance within seconds. Processing times may vary for other methods. wak88 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Failed or Reversed Deposits. If a deposit is reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated by your bank or payment provider after it has been credited to your wak88 Account, wak88 reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your Account balance, suspend your Account pending investigation, and pursue recovery of any funds already withdrawn that were sourced from the invalidated deposit.
Withdrawals from your wak88 Account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
6.1 KYC Prerequisite. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal will be processed. See Section 4 for KYC requirements.
6.2 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by membership tier. Bronze tier: minimum Rp 50.000, maximum Rp 10.000.000 per day. Silver tier: minimum Rp 50.000, maximum Rp 50.000.000 per day. Gold VIP tier: minimum Rp 50.000, maximum Rp 200.000.000 per day. wak88 reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable notice.
6.3 Processing Time. wak88 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 WIB on Indonesian business days. Actual transfer times to your bank account depend on your bank's interbank processing schedule and are outside wak88's control. Withdrawals are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe, and processing may be delayed during public holidays, system maintenance, or compliance review.
6.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds portion of the balance.

wak88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to these general conditions and the specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.
7.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional validity period; uncompleted requirements will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds balance.
7.2 Eligible Games. Not all games on the wak88 platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot gacor (high-payout slots) games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate. Sports betting wagers' contribution rates vary by odds and market type. 7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, placing hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other Users — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wak88 reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close any Account involved in bonus abuse.
7.4 Loyalty Program. The wak88 loyalty program operates three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold VIP. Tier status is determined by cumulative net deposits within a rolling calendar month. Benefits, cashback rates, and withdrawal limits associated with each tier are detailed in the Loyalty Program Terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. wak88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Users currently participating in a promotion will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete the stated terms of that specific offer.
All wagering on the wak88 platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot gacor (high-payout slot games), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (live cockfighting markets where available), and crash games — is governed by the game-specific rules published within each product category on the platform, as well as the following general conditions.
8.1 Finality of Results. Once a bet or game round has been completed, the result is final. wak88 will not reverse or amend results except in cases of a demonstrable technical error that materially affected the outcome of the wager.
8.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, wak88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the User's balance. This is the sole remedy available for technical errors and wak88 will not compensate for any expected or potential winnings from a voided round.
8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum wager amounts apply per game and per product category. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted for specific Users as part of account-level risk management.
8.4 Sports Betting Rules. All sports bets are subject to the Sports Betting Rules published in the relevant section of the wak88 platform. wak88 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any sports betting wager at its sole discretion, including markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and all other covered competitions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wak88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly authorized by wak88.
- Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports-betting market.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of sporting competition.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing in any form.
- Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction of residence.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or technical errors for financial gain.
- Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses.
- Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

All Intellectual Property on the wak88 platform — including but not limited to the wak88 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and databases — is owned by or licensed to wak88 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
10.1 Limited License. wak88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Intellectual Property of wak88 without its prior written consent. Scraping, data-mining, or systematic extraction of platform content is expressly prohibited.
wak88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.1 Data Use. Personal data collected by wak88 is used to operate and improve the platform, verify User identity, process financial transactions, communicate promotional offers where consent has been given, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
11.2 Data Security. wak88 employs 256-bit TLS encryption for all data transmissions and maintains industry-standard security controls to protect User data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wak88's liability to any User in connection with the platform, these Terms, or any wager placed thereon is limited as set out in this section.
13.1 Platform Availability. wak88 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or events outside wak88's reasonable control (including acts of God, telecommunications failures, and government actions) may cause temporary unavailability. wak88 will not be liable for losses attributable to platform unavailability.
13.2 Consequential Loss. In no event will wak88 be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm — arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, even if wak88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 Maximum Liability Cap. wak88's total aggregate liability to any User arising from any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.
13.4 User Responsibility. wak88 accepts no liability for any financial, legal, or personal consequences arising from a User's decision to access and use the platform in a jurisdiction where such access may be restricted or prohibited by local law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wak88's operating entity is incorporated, which operates under an international offshore gaming license.
14.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a User and wak88 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Users may submit a formal complaint by contacting

14.2 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 calendar days of formal notice, wak88 will submit to the dispute resolution procedures of its licensing jurisdiction's applicable regulatory body.
14.3 No Class Actions. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. Users waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against wak88 to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
wak88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wak88 will provide notice to registered Users via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notification on the platform no less than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
15.1 Continued Use. Continued use of the wak88 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account prior to the effective date.
15.2 Current Version. The version of these Terms currently published at wak88.cam/terms-conditions is the operative version. Earlier versions are superseded in their entirety. The Effective Date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision.
